FMO is proud to relaunch Farmers’ Market Week in Ontario to promote the amazing experience of shopping and supporting local farmer’ markets.
The month of August is the height of the growing season and markets are brimming with local food and products. Farmers’ Market Week hopes to draw attention to and promote the numerous positive experiences of farmers markets to consumers across Ontario.
FMO member markets all market vendors represent the front-lines in our promotional efforts and we have created some digital tools to help you spread the word on your websites and via social media. We will be using the hashtag #LoveONFarmersMarkets so please include it on appropriate social media channels. Please pass this information along to all vendors as well.
We hope 2018 is the first of many years of celebrating Farmers’ Markets and the amazing local foods and products they deliver!
