We are a tiny family farm proudly growing the healthiest and best-tasting shiitake mushrooms since 2016. The mushrooms that are sold in supermarkets are grown on saw-dust, Whereas we only use real wood logs to grow our mushrooms, with no pesticides and no artificial fertilizers. This is the most natural way possible to farm mushrooms, they grow much more juicy, tender, nutritious and flavourful. Even people who think they don't like shiitake or mushrooms fall in love with ours!
