Trevor Cooper started farming and selling at farmers’ markets in 2016. He raises grass fed Katahdin lamb and Heritage pork rotationally grazing on pasture. His focus is on sustainable practices. His farm is designed to replicate an ecosystem by integrating livestock rotations and crop production.
