I've always loved cattle and grass management, and in 2016 I started selling beef to a few friends. They loved it, and this gave me the vision to make these products available to more people. I continue to strive for the most natural, nutrient-dense meat products available. I raise and finish Black Angus cattle on grass, as well as some chickens. I source pastured pork from a friend who shares my values. I’m very passionate about getting back to an agriculture model that actually builds soil and the environment rather than robbing it. We need to get back in sync with nature’s way of doing things and create healthy soil, healthy food, and a healthy environment so we can have healthy people.
