The Fungi Connection, formerly/aka Kelly's Gourmet Mushrooms LTD, grows 6+ varieties of gourmet and medicinal mushrooms in Kingston. We supply farmer's markets, chefs, restaurants, grocers, and individuals with fresh mushrooms (shiitake, blue oyster, pink oyster, lion's mane, chestnut, black king trumpet, and others) year-round. We also supply mushroom growing supplies, including DIY grow kits, plug spawn, and grain spawn. We harvest and sell approx. 300 lbs a week of mushrooms.
