Dave and Audrey Matthews have been producing maple syrup since 1979. For the past several years, our daughter has worked with us learning the business. Matthews Maple syrup is a 17,000 tap maple sugar bush covering over 300 acres, Customers stop by for our maple syrup and value added products. They usually leave with a little more knowledge of what changes in technology or the environment that we are involved in.
